塩水浴などを試してみて、一日は生き長らえたものの、
今晩帰宅したところ、トリートメント用のバケツの水面で完全に動かなくなってしまっていた。
本来は飼育用の販売ではないとは言え、哀しいなぁ。
思い当たるフシといえば、二つ隣の部屋でGが出たので殺虫スプレーを噴射したことだが、久々の遭遇に少し念入りにやりすぎたかもしれない。
それがまだまだ小さな個体には悪影響だったのかもしれない。
今週末、同じ店へ行ってもう2匹増やしてみようと思う。
ともすれば生き物を玩具のように扱う所業であり、ただのエゴでしかないのだが。
僕の家の玄関には金魚の泳ぐ水槽が必要なのだ。
